A grounded place to begin

When you know something has to change.

You may be carrying pain, shame, self-judgment, or patterns that no longer feel possible to live with. You may have insight into what is happening and still feel unable to change it. You do not need the right language—or certainty about what kind of support you need—to begin a conversation.

Understanding something is not always the same as being free of it.

Perhaps the same reactions, relationships, habits, or inner stories keep returning. Perhaps you are exhausted by the distance between what you understand and how you are able to live.

Or perhaps a psychedelic or other transformative experience opened something important but left you uncertain, unsettled, or unsure how to carry it into ordinary life.

Reaching for help does not require you to explain everything perfectly. It can begin with the honest recognition that continuing in the same way no longer feels sustainable.

Not a promise of rescue. A relationship with change.

01

Space to be understood

A conversation that begins with your lived experience, without requiring a polished explanation or predetermined path.

02

Discernment before action

Careful attention to readiness, boundaries, context, risk, and whether Michou’s work is genuinely appropriate for you.

03

Grounded integration

Support translating insight into choices, practices, relationships, and change that can be lived over time.

Clear boundaries are part of care.

Michou offers personal coaching, education, preparation, journey guidance, and integration. Her work is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, emergency care, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

A first conversation is an opportunity to understand what you are carrying, discuss the scope of her work, and decide together whether taking another step makes sense. There is no pressure or obligation.
