Conscious Flow Integration™
Insight is a beginning.
Living it is the work.
Preparation and ongoing integration held together by relationship, discernment, and respect for your inner authority.
Keep the whole arc in view.
Conscious Flow Integration™ is the overarching framework for Michou’s work. Preparation, expanded states, relationship, and integration belong to a continuing process rather than a single defining event.
Her existing approach emphasizes nervous-system awareness, personal judgment, and the right to choose a different path. Relational Mycology™ is its mushroom-specific expression; Intuitive Integration emphasizes the reflection and discernment through which insight meets ordinary life.
Support should strengthen agency.
The practical questions below express the trauma-aware and non-directive orientation described on Michou’s existing website. They are an invitation to conversation, not a standardized treatment model.
- Choice: What do you want support with, and what is outside your consent?
- Pacing: Is there enough time to ask questions and decide freely?
- Boundaries: What will the supporter offer, and where does their role end?
- Discernment: What feels meaningful, and what needs more reflection or qualified input?
- Continuity: What support will be available after an experience?
Preparation gives questions a place.
Intention can begin with a question rather than a demand for a particular outcome. Making room for uncertainty helps a conversation stay honest about hopes, fears, readiness, and the support a person already has.
Preparation also includes clarity about scope. Personal guidance does not replace assessment by a qualified clinician. Health questions, medication questions, and existing medical or psychological care belong in conversations with the appropriate professionals.
Intuitive Integration: bring reflection into life.
An insight may invite a change in a relationship, a boundary, a habit, or the way a person understands themselves. Integration offers space to examine that invitation without treating every impression as an instruction.
The emphasis is on developing self-trust alongside discernment. Reflection, conversation, and attention to everyday choices can continue long after an experience. A person can revisit an interpretation, discover that it no longer fits, or decide that no immediate action is needed.
There is no required pace.
Development need not follow a straight line. Returning to a question, needing more support, or choosing to pause does not have to be understood as failure. The framework gives ongoing integration a place alongside preparation and experience.
For practitioners, these questions also concern power: does the relationship build another person’s capacity to choose, or make the supporter indispensable?
